New site nearly finished!
Well, as you can see, I have been busying myself with a new design. This new site is strictly CSS based. For my classmates and friends, drop some critiques if you have the time. Check out my interactive models and let me know if they prompt and load the shockwave player correctly. Enjoy!

Download Firefox. The browser tops IE on many levels. This site is designed to run smoothly with Firefox.
Works in Progress

This model is being generated from the Visible Human dataset using MIMICS software from Materialise. An image stack is loaded into the software and with my knowledge of anatomy, I can discern any abnormalities and use the resulting information to build the "perfect" 3d model. The completed piece will include the skull, mandible, C1-C4 Vertebrae, and the hyoid bone. My goal to preserve all the foramina for the cranial nerves, so as to develop an interactive 3d learning module that includes animation.

The digital illustration piece seen here is actually a series of 3 paintings that will illustrate my perception of muscle fiber stimulation and contraction. Step 1 is completed, while the layout sketches of 2 and 3 are now completed and awaiting the photoshop treatment.
